Crew Formation Meeting

Philmonters,

Our next crew meeting will be next week, Monday, October 7th at 6:30 PM at St. George's Church.

The most important item on the agenda for this meeting will be Crew formation so it’s very important that you attend this crew meeting if you want to have influence over which crew you become a member of.  After some changes to our roster, we will be forming 4 crews of between 8 and 9 scouts and 3 adults.

The second item on our agenda will be a review of the Philmont packing list and a discussion of what kind of equipment we should be looking for.

Please familiarize yourself with the list but focus on personal equipment.  The troop will provide all crew gear and gear provided by Philmont.

Please check your calendar and make sure you have our next conditioning hike on your radar.  It’s scheduled for Saturday, October 26th.  Our first overnight Shakedown hike will be in Shenandoah NP the weekend of November 22-24.
