November celebrates the bounty of the autumn harvest. And Troop 1865 will celebrate with a cooking themed campout! This campout will have 2 special events:​

Iron Chef - For Saturday's lunch, patrols will compete in an Iron Chef competition. You will set up your patrol kitchens in Manidokan's large pavilion. You will have access to a Troop pantry for all ingredients. Your task will be to plan and cook a full meal to incorporate a secret ingredient, using the ingredients provided in the Troop pantry. The secret ingredient will be announced at the campout, so no preplanning is possible!

Scoutsgiving - For dinner, we will have a large Thanksgiving feast, provided by you! Adults will cook turkeys, patrols will provide the rest, potluck style.

Meet: Scouts will meet at St. George’s Church at 5:30 PM on Friday. Eat dinner before you come or bring with you. Pick up at the University Mall Giant Parking Lot ~11:30 AM on Sunday.
